As of 2025 I am stepping back into the wedding and event industry but this time offering calligraphy and hand engraving alongside my stationery, giving your wedding/event a fully bespoke stand out element. The hand lettered engraving can be applied to glass, metals, wood, plastics, ceramics, tile and stone, so as you can imagine the options are endless.

Engraving
Engraving is a beautiful touch to add a bespoke touch to your gifts. Please see below for a list of items that can be engraved.
I also offer to engrave you or your loved ones handwriting onto gifts for an extra sentimental touch to your gift.
I have delivered in-store live engraving and hand lettering services for Jo Malone in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen on behalf of The Modern Calligraphy Co. My work includes personalising perfumes, candles, diffusers, and gift boxes, adding an elegant and bespoke touch to the brand’s luxury offerings.

On-Site Event Calligraphy,
Engraving & Hot Foiling
On-site calligraphy & engraving also called Live Calligraphy & Engraving is when you have a calligrapher on-site at your wedding, event or store to provide engraving or calligraphy as a luxury service or gift for your guests. It’s a way to elevate your event by providing a custom gift and service. I have previously worked with Jo Malone all over Scotland on behalf of The Modern Calligraphy Co.

Workshops
Group In person Workshops:

Join me for a relaxed 1:1 beginners calligraphy workshop hosted via Zoom from the comfort of your own home. You will learn the fundamentals of Modern Calligraphy, including mastering the art of pointed nib, forming letters and joining words to creating a bespoke final project using the skills you have learnt.

Hen party, birthday party or team building events in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
A 2 hour introduction to Modern Calligraphy at a venue of your choice or an agreed venue. During the workshop you will learn the fundamentals of modern calligraphy, applying the techniques you have learnt to a final project to take home (the workbook theme and final project is flexible to your event).
Workbooks, pen holders, nibs and ink are all included in the price and yours to take home in a personalised gift bag.
Light refreshments will be supplied if required.

I specialise in creating unique, custom signage for events, working alongside a skilled carpenter Rectify Carpentry with over 20 years of expertise to bring your vision to life, no matter the size. Whether it’s hand-lettered chalkboards, A-boards, or graphic-designed and hand-drawn pieces, I offer a variety of options tailored to your needs. I can hand-letter or illustrate directly on mirrors, fabric banners, or any other materials, ensuring your signage adds a personalised, elegant touch to your venue. From small details to grand installations, I am dedicated to creating memorable signage that perfectly complements your event.
