Submission of Information 
Please ensure all information supplied is written out exactly as it should be in the final version, please ensure information is proof read and double-checked. Please include all titles, capitalisation, abbreviations and punctuation. Guest names and address’ must be typed in an editable format such as word or excel. If any amends/changes are required, this will incur an additional charge. Any amends that have occurred on the part of Donia will be re-done immediately and shipped at my own expense.
 
Turn Around and Shipping
Please allow at least 14 working days for the turnaround on orders of up to 100. Turnaround time on larger projects will be arranged with the client as timings vary throughout the year. 
For a quick turn around and for rush orders an additional charge of 40% is added to the invoice total. Shipping rates may also apply.
