Submission of Information 
Please ensure all information supplied is written out exactly as it should be in the final version, please ensure information is proof read and double-checked. Please include all titles, capitalization, abbreviations and punctuation. Guest names and address’ must be typed in an editable format such as word or excel. Please supply the envelope address’ as they should be laid out and written on the envelope. If any amends/changes are required, this will incur an additional charge. Any amends that have occurred on the part of Donia Rae will be re-done immediately and shipped at my own expense.
 
Turn Around and Shipping
Please allow at least 14 working days for the turnaround on orders of up to 125. Turnaround time on larger projects will be arranged with the client as timings vary throughout the year. 
For a quick turn around and for rush orders an additional charge of 40% is added to the invoice total. Shipping rates may also apply. 
 
Paper and Materials 
There will be no discount to prices for supplying your own paper and materials but I am happy to advise on suitable materials for no extra charge. 
The client must send a sample of any materials/card stock to be approved before the project can be confirmed where providing their own stock, some card stock can cause issues so approval is necessary. 
All materials must be posted at the clients expense unless otherwise stated and agreed upon. Where clients are providing materials, please supply 20% extra, i.e. for 100 place cards, the client must provide an extra 20%, making this 120 place cards.
